Building Surveyor (Damp & Mould)
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to work within our Damp and Mould team to complete surveys, preparation of plans, pre-build meetings and working with contractors on domestic properties.
Building Surveyor Details:
- Monday - Friday (37 hours)
- Salary up to £48k + bonus

Building Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Preparation of plans and pre-build meetings
- Complete surveys, predominantly on Damp, Mould and Condensation contracts
- Managing own workload
- Work with contractors and providing technical support to find route causes and solutions to Damp & Mould.
Building Surveyor Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a building surveyor covering damp & mould
- Knowledge of HHSRS risks and relevant legislation and compliance
- Hold a relevant Building Qualification such as: RICS/ HND/ HNC/ BSC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
