Job Summary
In our ever expanding business we are now seeking a sandwich maker /server /all rounder. You must be a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Server/cake maker to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both food preparation, and opening the shop get everything prepared for the busy day ahead and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and delicious meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
One position will include week days 10-3pm
3-4 days a week

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and attentive approach.
- Help manage kitchen inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Clean and sanitise work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays
