We are looking for passionate, energetic and guest-focused Front of House staff to be part of the team!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine and memorable service to every guest
- Take food and drink orders confidently and efficiently
- Run food and drinks while maintaining high service standards
- Help create an exciting, vibrant atmosphere throughout the venue
- Support the team with opening, closing and daily cleaning tasks
- Drive sales through recommendations, upselling and initiative
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hospitality compliance
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure every guest leaves having had a 5-star experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience preferred — especially in busy bars, pubs or restaurants
- Great communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for food, drink and hospitality
- Team players who thrive in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
