Smart Corporate stays were founded in 2017 as a property management company and service accommodation for the corporate let and contractor’s market. We have property in various locations all over the UK. The role we are currently recruiting for plays a pivotal part within the business for customer stability and client growth.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through product or service sales. This role requires a dynamic individual who can meet sales targets, manage customer expectations, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Identify and prospect new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
o Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Sales Presentations & Meetings:
o Schedule and conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential customers.
o Tailor presentations to the needs of the client, showcasing the benefits and value of the product or service.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Address customer queries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
4. Negotiation & Closing:
o Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close sales.
o Ensure contracts are issued & signed, and the sale is completed successfully.
5. Achieve Sales Targets:
o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
o Track sales progress and report performance metrics regularly to the sales director.
6. Sales Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and closed deals in the CRM system.
7. Collaboration with Other Teams:
o Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
o Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products/services.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers & clients.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work.
· Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
· Travel will be required for client meetings and industry events.
· Must be available to attend online webinars, exhibitions and events to assist clients and close sales.
· Standard office hours with occasional extended hours based on customer needs or deadlines. Some sales calls will be required out of normal office hours in line with customer needs.
