Multi Point Gluer / Production Operative

Day Shift hours- 7am – 3.15pm Mon – Thurs & 7am – 2pm Friday

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced gluer operator to join our busy manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the production and conversion of corrugated cardboard products.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company operating procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate and monitor production machinery (e.g. Casemakers, Flatbed Die-Cutters, Gluers, Rotary Die-Cutters, Flexographic Printers)
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications.
- Load raw materials and ensure smooth flow through the production process.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance/cleaning and report any issues promptly.
Skills & Experience Required
- Setting & running Multi Point Gluers
- Understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow production schedules
Desirable
- Experience operating Flatbed Die-Cutters, Casemakers, Flexographic Printers.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably packaging or cardboard industry) Although this is not a necessity.
- Forklift license or other relevant machine operation certification
