Fleet Administrator | Felixstowe
We're looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our busy transport operation in Felixstowe.
This is a key role supporting the Fleet Supervisor to ensure our vehicles and trailers remain compliant, maintained, and operational. If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Managing fleet records and compliance documentation
✅ Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections, and repairs
✅ Processing fleet invoices and purchase orders
✅ Supporting Operator Licence compliance and driver checks
✅ Updating fleet management systems and reporting information
✅ Assisting with vehicle incidents, defects, and maintenance tracking
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong administration and organisational skills
✔ Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Fleet, transport, or logistics experience desirable
