Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Mobile Cleaner to join our cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience in the cleaning industry to contribute to maintaining clean and hygienic environments to support our commercial cleaning operations in the BN postcode and surrounding areas. The Mobile Cleaner will be FLEXIBLE organised, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness. Minimum of 10 hours per week at £14.50 per hour plus mileage and parking allowance, you must have a full driving licence, a company van will be provided. Additional hours as required will be paid at £14.50 per hour. This role is for someone who enjoys variety, independence and working across multiple commercial sites. The role requires flexibility, including early mornings, daytime, evenings and occasional weekends depending on business needs. You will have set contracts to clean plus you will be providing cover during:-
Staff holidays
Sickness
Emergencies
Last minute operational needs
Duties
- Conducting thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, and other business premises.
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and specialised cleaning tools.
- Restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Ensuring all areas are sanitised according to health and safety standards.
- Managing time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks across multiple locations within designated timeframes.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the relevant management team.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety policies during all cleaning activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable. Training will be given.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Complete flexibility.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple locations efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties across different sites.
