Care Support Worker – Milton Keynes
We are looking for caring, reliable and friendly Care Support Workers to join our team in Milton Keynes.
We currently have alot of clients waiting for support, and to make things easier for our staff, we have grouped our clients into postcode areas. This means your calls will be close together, with many clients being within 3-5 minutes of each other! and some even less.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work locally, avoid travelling long distances between calls, save on fuel costs, and enjoy seeing the same regular clients each day. It also gives you the chance to build strong relationships with the people you support while having a more organised and manageable working day.
As a Care Support Worker, your role may include providing personal care, supporting with medication, preparing meals, offering companionship, helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes, and promoting independence and dignity at all times.
We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping others. You should be a good communicator and committed to providing high-quality care and support. Previous care experience is welcomed, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
