The Senior Lead GP plays a pivotal role in ensuring the service we provide is safe, that staff are well supervised, and the service continues to improve the quality of care for patients. Alongside your clinical sessions, there may be an opportunity to undertake a portfolio role supporting Unplanned Care across Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, subject to organisational requirements.

- Spend more time delivering patient care.

Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team including ACPs, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Influence service development and clinical leadership.

Contribute to quality improvement across Sussex Primary Care.

Help develop innovative ways of delivering primary care.
We are looking for GPs who have:

MRCGP qualification.

GMC registration with a licence to practise.

Inclusion on the NHS National Performers List.

Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

A passion for improving patient care.

An interest in clinical leadership, service transformation and multidisciplinary working.
