Trainee Financial Advisor – International
deVere Group is a global financial services organisation operating across 100+ countries, and we are recruiting ambitious individuals for our September 2026 International Trainee Programme.
This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term international career in financial services, with structured training, ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a client-facing Financial Advisor role.
The Opportunity
You do not need previous financial services experience. We are looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and ambition to learn.
You will receive structured training and support while developing skills in:
- Client communication and telephone-based business development
- Lead generation, prospecting and follow-up
- Networking and relationship building
- Understanding international financial markets and wealth management
- Working alongside experienced Financial Advisors
- Building and managing your own client relationships
This is a commercial, performance-driven environment where activity, resilience and results matter.
Training & Career Development
Successful candidates will begin their development through our Malta or Mauritius Training Academies, before progressing to an international deVere office.

This is a client-facing, commercially focused career.
It is not suitable for candidates looking for accounting, audit, financial analysis, administration or back-office positions, or those seeking a purely technical or analytical career.
