Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial and Domestic Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Carry out domestic cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising kitchens and bathrooms in private homes.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products effectively to achieve high-quality results.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when working in clients’ private residences or sensitive commercial environments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
- Good organisational skills and reliability are essential.
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
