Job Details for Duty Manager:
- Part-time position, 4 shifts per week as part of a 7-day rota
- Includes evenings and weekends

Requirements for Duty Manager
- Excellent customer care
- Good communicator
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Team player
- Competent swimmer
- Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities of Duty Manager
- Assisting in the day to day running of the health club
- Reception duties & membership enquiries
- Supporting the Club Manager to meet sales and retention targets
- Lifeguarding
- Organisation & motivation of the shift team
- Maintaining cleanliness meets the highest standards
- Pool & spa water testing inc chemical correction as required
- Basic pool plant maintenance
- Ensuring a friendly, fun and safe environment for members, guests and colleagues.
Please note that it is necessary for applicants to show competency in swimming in order to be considered for this position; a swim test will be completed as part of the recruitment process. A Lifeguarding qualification (NPLQ) would be a distinct advantage but full training is available to the right candidate.
