Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Property and Lettings/Sales Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of property lettings and sales, including marketing listings, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers.
- Coordinate with tenants, buyers, landlords, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, lease agreements, sales documentation, and correspondence.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any repair needs efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and updating property management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout all stages of the process.
- Support marketing efforts by creating engaging listings and promoting properties across various channels.
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, tenants, contractors, and team members.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate viewings, inspections, and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if needed.
