Astute App is building a nationwide network of Data Capture & User Support Officers to take the platform directly to UK SMEs.
This is not a conventional desk-based sales role.
It is a high-energy, business-facing field role for people who can walk into business communities, speak confidently with founders and SME owners, explain the value of Astute App, help them create their accounts and continue supporting them through their funding-readiness journey.
The objective is simple:
Find the business.
Capture the business.
Verify the business.
Support the business.
Move the business towards funding readiness.
Officers are rewarded based on successfully completed outcomes, rather than hours worked.
Thousands of SMEs need capital to start, stabilise, expand and scale, yet many do not know whether they are structurally or financially ready to approach lenders or investors.
Astute App is designed to help bridge that gap.
The Data Capture & User Support Officer becomes the human bridge between the SME and the technology—helping businesses successfully enter the platform, complete verification and progress towards becoming visible and funding-ready.
Successful candidates assist users in a 2-step user journey:
STAGE ONE — DATA CAPTURE & VERIFIED REGISTRATION which rewards £5 per successfully completed user
The first responsibility is to convert a prospective SME into a verified Astute App platform user.
STAGE TWO — PLATFORM USER SUPPORT & FUNDING READINESS which pays additional £5 per successfully completed user
Registration is only the beginning.
The second responsibility is to help the SME move from being merely registered on Astute App to becoming an active funding-seeking platform user.
The officer becomes the user’s first-line platform support partner as earns £10 after completing stage 1 and stage 2

Pay: £5.00-£10.00 per hour
