As our Cluster HR Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams and leaders by:
- Managing Employee Relations cases and providing practical HR guidance and support.
- Leading the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting and enhancing our Learning & Development strategy.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.
- Coaching and supporting Heads of Department on employee relations matters.
- Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and company policies.
- Promoting a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
- Supporting talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments.
- Leading by example and making confident, sound decisions in a busy and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role with Employee Relations expertise.
- Experience researching, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- A proven ability to create and deliver training content.
- Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- A professional, personable, and highly confidential approach.
- Hospitality or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for people.
