Role Overview
Winkey Digital Solutions is looking for a Digital Operations & Systems Specialist to improve the reliability and efficiency of internal digital workflows. The role combines systems coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain business applications and digital workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
- Coordinate system updates and implementation activities.
- Prepare process documentation and user guidance.
- Investigate recurring system and workflow issues.
- Work with technology suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital operations or business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or workflow platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: £55,000.00 per year
