Hourly Rate: £13.80
Hours: 30 per week
Shifts: 7:30–17:30 or 8:00–18:00, Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Annual Leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time)
About the Role
Are you passionate about sparking curiosity, inspiring little minds, and creating magical moments every day? Rand Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre‑School is on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic Baby Room Educator to join our friendly, supportive team!
This isn’t just any nursery job—this is early years education with a twist. Set within the heart of a real working farm, our children enjoy daily adventures with animals, nature walks, tractor spotting, and hands‑on learning that brings the EYFS to life in the most exciting way.
As an Educator, you’ll help our 0–5‑year‑olds grow in confidence, creativity, and independence through play, exploration, and nurturing care. You’ll build strong relationships with families, work closely with a passionate team, and help create an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and ready to thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a special kind of educator, the kind who could have stepped straight out of a story book. Someone who could be as curious as the very hungry caterpillar, as kind hearted as Paddington Bear or as magical as Mary Poppins, and we’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Qualified with a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years
- Experienced in supporting children from 6 weeks old, in a nursery or early years setting
- Warm, caring, and child‑centred in your approach
- Fun, enthusiastic, and full of ideas to make learning magical
- A great communicator and team player who brings positivity to the room
