Full Job Description
Storeman/Driver
The position offers regular hours, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a Rota basis.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner
· Loading/Unloading the van
· Lifting heavy items
· Contacting customers who request an ETA for their delivery
· Stock maintenance
· Warehouse duties
· Booking in deliveries
· Placing stock in the correct areas/Storing goods in the designated areas
Essential Criteria:
· Good physical fitness
· Relevant driving experience
· Ability to load goods safely
· Positive attitude and great work ethic
· Basic numeracy and literacy
· Attention to detail
· Clean driving license
Desirable Criteria:
· Basic fundamentals of plumbing and heating
· Good geographical knowledge of Ely
