About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our welcoming nursery team in Halifax. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated childcare professional to support the Owner in leading a high-quality early years setting. You will play a key role in ensuring outstanding care and education, supporting staff development, maintaining compliance standards, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
- EYFS trained
- DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) trained
- Previous experience in a senior nursery practitioner or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childcare regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional childcare and early education
