Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and hardy installers to join our winter install team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors within a small 3 person team, often in remote locations. You will have experience shifting, lifting and operating tools. You will learn how to use our bespoke snow dressing and falling snow equipment and we will train you to install our artificial ice skating system.
You will show your ability to work to our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Duties
- Carry out installations of products in accordance with company guidelines and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar outdoor installation role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A valid driver’s licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
- Physical fitness is required, as the role may involve lifting heavy items and working in various environments.
