Crepe Salut is a fast-growing, artisan creperie brand known for high-quality sweet and savoury crepes, great coffee, and a warm, welcoming customer experience. After building a strong reputation through our mobile units, we opened our first permanent location in Cheam Village in summer 2025.
We’re now opening our next store in Tadworth, and are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Store Manager to take ownership of this new site and help us build something special.
The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the Tadworth store. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive performance, build a strong team culture, and ensure consistently excellent food and service standards.
This is not a “sit back” management role - we’re looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes real pride in the success of the business. Please note - this role does include weekend work, in line with the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at all times
Team Leadership
- Help run and develop a high-performing team
- Lead shifts from the front, setting the tone for energy and professionalism
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team performance
Stock & Compliance
- Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
Growth & Local Presence
- Help build Crepe Salut’s reputation in the local community
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall and repeat business
About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager in hospitality (café, restaurant, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organised
- Passionate about food, coffee, and delivering great customer experiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
