The Position
We are recruiting an experienced New Build Cleaner / Sparkle Cleaner to join our team. This is not a general domestic cleaning role. You will work across new build developments, void properties and show homes, ensuring properties are presented to an exceptional standard and ready for handover or occupation.
Location
This is a field-based role covering London and surrounding areas. You will travel between different client sites each day, and the specific sites may vary depending on business requirements.
The Role
· Complete new build sparkle cleans and detailed completion cleans.
· Clean show homes and void properties.
· Carry out window cleaning, carpet cleaning and stain removal.
· Clean patios, balconies and other internal or external areas.
· Undertake occasional end-of-tenancy cleans.
· Report any defects, damage or maintenance issues identified during cleaning.
· Manage workload effectively to meet site deadlines.
· Comply with all health and safety requirements and company procedures.

Working Hours
· Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
· Minimum 40 hours per week.
· Start and finish times may vary depending on site and client requirements.
· Occasional evening or weekend overtime may be available.
Role Criteria – Essential
· Experience in new build or sparkle cleaning.
· Full clean UK driving licence.
· Ability and willingness to travel between sites each day.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Pride in delivering consistently high standards.
· Good time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Flexible approach to changing site and business requirements.
Role Criteria – Desirable
· CSCS Card or willingness to obtain one.
· Window or carpet cleaning experience.
· Experience of void or end-of-tenancy cleaning.
· Basic handyman or grounds maintenance experience.

Pay: £31,200.00-£36,400.00 per year
