Zîn Meze Grill Bar is a vibrant Turkish & Mediterranean restaurant in Cuffley, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Waiting Staff / Front of House Team Members to join our team.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and can provide great service in a busy restaurant environment.
The Role
As a member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Providing attentive and friendly table service
- Answering customer questions about our menu and making recommendations
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Checking on guests throughout their meal and ensuring they have a great experience
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team
- Handling customer requests and resolving any issues professionally
- Following all food hygiene, health & safety and restaurant procedures
