Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, statements, and analysis to support management decisions.
- Monitor cash flow and coordinate with internal teams to optimize financial operations.
- Implement and uphold internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Collaborate with auditors during audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with multiple accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for seamless integration and efficiency.
Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
