Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional manner
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
Ideal candidate to have a UK driving licence due to our location.
