We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.
As the face of the pub, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our guests have a great experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages efficiently
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas
- Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
- Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
- Confidence in making and holding a conversation with customers
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends
- As the face of the pub a strong level of personal hygiene and presentation is essential
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
