- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring under supervision.
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and communicate effectively with team members about client progress.
- Foster open communication by listening actively and engaging positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Experience
- Prior experience in a care home or home care environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Basic IT skills are necessary for documenting care plans and updating records efficiently.
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving transportation duties.
