who requires an examination with a General Surgeon in relation to a
medico-legal matter. The client is
9 years old and has been referred to a General Surgeon due to
abdominal pain

Required: Assessment & report
- Full instructions will be provided on what is needed in the report.
- Conduct a face-to-face examination.
- Write a medico legal report providing your diagnoses and prognosis from your assessment.
- Determine if there are long-term or permanent effects.
- The report needs to comply with CPR Part 35 (Civil Procedure Rules)
