Responsibilities

- Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the kitchen
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to maintain high culinary standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients, and minimize waste through effective inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, with an emphasis on breakfast cuisine
- Familiarity with food safety certifications or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in busy morning service environments
- Good communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
