Are you ready to bring world-famous attractions to life? Blackpool Tourism Limited is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our vibrant team at Madame Tussauds Blackpool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days are ever the same! Your role will include:
- Delivering warm, friendly welcomes and outstanding guest service.
- Assisting with admissions and ticketing, ensuring smooth entry and great first impressions.
- Providing information and advice on attractions, experiences, and tickets.
- Managing guest flow and queues to keep everything running smoothly.
- Supporting retail areas by helping guests find the perfect souvenir.
At Madame Tussauds Blackpool:
- Working across multiple stations including Admissions, Retail, Wax Hands, VR, and our bar.
- Helping deliver immersive, themed experiences full of magic and imagination.
- Hitting commercial sales targets while maintaining guest safety and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A naturally friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Confidence engaging with guests of all ages.
- Ability to work well in busy, fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
- A strong focus on sales, service, and safety.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism is a plus — but a great attitude is even better!
- Flexible availability including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
