What You’ll Do:
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality cleaning service throughout our home. You’ll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in line with company policy and national guidelines.✨
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas to agreed standards
- Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Follow daily task lists & instructions from senior staff
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager
- Respect resident dignity & privacy at all times
- Lock and secure areas when required
- Participate in audits & inspections
- Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear
- Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions

Eltisley Manor is our 39-bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near to St-Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living.
You will work as a valued member of our close knit, friendly and highly skilled team providing quality care within a caring, considerate environment.
