We have a job opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a various blocks of a Residential Housing Estate in Dartford.
The hours are 25 hours a week spread over 5 days a week - 5 hours a day
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of the Communual areas in a Residential block of flats including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly, including vacuum cleaners,
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
