About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for caring and want to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, we’d love to hear from you!
K*_ey Res_*ponsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Work as part of a team to create a warm and caring environment
- Follow care plans and ensure residents’ dignity, choice, and independence
- Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority guidelines
Who We’re Looking For:
- A kind, caring, and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential

S*_hift Patt_*ern:
You will be working 12-hour shifts when you are allocated/select shifts. We have a rota management tool which enables you to see at least 4 weeks in advance of shifts. Additional shifts are available to cover annual leave and sickness.
