Prepare4care are like no other community care provider, we pay salary pay not pay per visit. This mean no matter if clients cancel, you have gaps through the day or no work allocated you will still be paid your salary wages, giving complete financial stability and there is always the option to pick up additional over time to increase your monthly wage.
Contract Options and Pay
Annual Salary
Full-Time Contract
£27,900 per annum
Those looking for a secure, full-time role in meaningful community care.
Part-Time Morning Contract
£16,300 per annum
Those who want rewarding work supporting people at the start of their day.
Part-Time Evening Contract
£12,650 per annum
Those who want to make a difference during evening care and support visits.
The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit people in their own homes and provide compassionate, person-centred support. Your role may include helping with personal care, medication support, meals, mobility, companionship, daily routines and promoting independence.
You will be a familiar, trusted face to the people you support. For many clients, your visit may be the most important part of their day — a moment of reassurance, dignity, connection and kindness.

. Two week rolling rota, 3 working days one week and four working days the next and working alternative weekends. Giving a great home life/work life balance.

Training and Career Development
