Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician specializing in Panel Wiring to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical panels and wiring Looms, that power a variety of industrial and commercial systems. Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical panels using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology to ensure precise and secure wiring connections.
- Wire control panels according to detailed schematics and technical specifications, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct thorough testing of assembled panels, troubleshooting issues with electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of wiring, assembly, and testing activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of wiring diagrams, assembly procedures, and inspection reports for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and implement modifications as needed for project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology in electrical panel wiring or similar roles.
- Electrical knowledge related to component installation, mounting techniques, and troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in electrical wiring environments.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly during assembly or testing phases.
- Prior experience working with assembly processes involving electrical components is highly desirable.
