Duties.
- Sort and prepare parcels accurately for daily dispatch
- Ensure the warehouse and facilities are kept clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
- Computerise all filing and sorting sheets once drivers have been dispatched
- Handle daily customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail

- Computer literate, confident using basic software and data entry systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills — friendly, patient, and solutions-focused
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
