Auto Services Perth are looking to add a pro active, customer focused service advisor for our Family run Perth Business. This is no normal job , as we represent Eight manufacturers out of our Perth base. So every day is busy and no two days are the same, do you have the confidence and ability ?
You must have an outgoing personality and a great sense of humour.
Ideally some Motor trade Service Advisor Experience, but not essential. Customer Assistance/Support based role. Be confident, can you influence and advise customers on technical issues, and have the ability to sell, and can cope with working under pressure.
Must have a full driving licence. ( No More than 3 Points)
Must be computer focussed and be confident in the use of different programmes and Systems.
Deliver first class customer service at all times, even when under pressure.
Self motivated , articulate and professional, at all times.
Due to our opening hours this position is Monday to Friday on a rota 7am till 4pm , 8am till 5pm and 9am till 6pm but will require flexibility for holiday cover plus Saturday mornings on a rota (45 Hr week).
