Requirements:
- Confidence, self-motivation, and excellent negotiation skills
- Persuasive and disciplined approach to achieving targets.
- Previous experience in a self-employed role
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Ability to handle vulnerable and challenging situations with empathy.
- Experience in commission-only roles or customer-facing field-based positions
Desirable:
- Previous experience in military or close protection roles, recovery or collections, field sales, or a similar enforcement role
As a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent, you will be the face of our business, working in the field to recover outstanding debts on behalf of our clients. Your role will contribute to the ethical and integrated court order compliance that we strive to achieve.
Please note that successful candidates will undergo a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check and must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
