We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated front of house member with day time availability to join our vibrant team. This will include providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your main focus will be to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and working well as part of a team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements
-Previous experience in a customer service-based role is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- A passion for guest services, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday’s as required.
