Responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a friendly, professional first impression
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow
- Taking orders accurately and delivering prompt, courteous service
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues with tact and professionalism
- Assisting in organising events or functions held at the venue
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Collaborating with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding health and safety standards in line with company policies
