Part time cook required for The Phoenix Bistro.
The Bistro is a busy in house restaurant offering meals, snacks and drinks to staff in our large multi tenanted office building.
Hours Monday -Thursday 7.00am - 12.30pm (22 hours)
Duties to include:-
Cooking breakfast.
Cooking daily meals from our weekly menu
Menu planning with the Bistro Manager.
Keeping stock rotated and adhering to Food & Hygiene Regulations
Stock ordering.
Keeping all areas of service and prep area clean and tidy
Ideal Candidate to have the following:-
At least 2 years catering experience
Hold an up to date Food Safety Certificate
Must be passionate about delivering a good customer dining experience
Have a can do approach to daily tasks
Be able work in a small team but also act on your own initiative.
Have good communication skills
Hours Monday to Thursday
Monday 7am to 12.30pm
Tuesday 7am to 12.30pm
Wednesday 7am to 12.30pm
Thursday 7am to 12.30pm
(must be flexible to cover holidays on the Friday where applicable)
