JJH Building Contractors Ltd are an expanding building maintenance and construction company, delivering projects and framework contracts for Local Authority, Social Housing and Commercial Clients.
We are seeking to recruit Joiners for work central to the Wigan and Cheshire areas. We aim to source work locally to meet your base location.
The ideal candidate will have experience of completing work to a high standard on social housing properties. The work will consist mainly on void properties.
The successful candidate should have;
- Experience within the building industry
- Suitable qualifications
- Full UK Driving License
- A valid CSCS Card
The role is a full time permanent position offering 40 hours per week between 8.00am and 4.30pm, this can be flexible by agreement.
Starting salary will be agreed based on output and quality.
Company van and fuel card for work use.
Subcontract labour only workers will also be considered on a wage negotiable basis.
