Duties
- Design and assemble beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on arrangements and care.
- Maintain the freshness and appearance of all floral displays through proper handling and storage techniques.
- Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories to ensure availability for upcoming projects.
- Organize the workspace efficiently to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal displays and merchandising strategies that attract customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional florist.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and maintain a tidy workspace.
