As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing materials and communications, co-ordinating customer trips and prouder visits, and assisting with the execution of trade marketing initiatives and events.
What will you be doing

Support the Sales team with marketing requests, such as creating bespoke event and training booklets, and other materials as required

Collaborate with the Portfolio team, producers, Sales teams and customers to lead the organisation of assigned trips for customers visiting producers

Liaise with Buying and Brand Management teams to create itineraries for visiting producers to maximise commercial success

Work with various departments across the business to send customer updates, such as service updates, Fine Wine Lists and Price List updates

Create fact sheets for marketing materials and the website, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, and accuracy of information

Support Brand Management and producers with the coordination of wine award entries for various competitions

Assist with other marketing initiatives to promote Liberty Wines and our producers to our customers, including social media community management
About you
-
Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
-
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. French, Italian, or Spanish would be advantageous.

Previous experience in a marketing, events or brand support role

Experience in the wine trade working with both customers and producers would be an asset
-
A good level of wine knowledge, ideally a minimum of WSET Level 3
-
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
-
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Acrobat
-
Experience using Email marketing platforms (e.g Mailchimp) and/or experience in social media for B2B or B2C would be advantageous
