Overview
Embark on an exciting journey as a Graduate Technical Engineering Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting technical operations and project coordination within a dynamic engineering environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure smooth project execution, technical documentation, and effective communication across teams.
Duties
- Assist in coordinating technical activities and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support senior engineers with preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations
- Help manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and compliance records
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Participate in site visits and inspections to observe ongoing work and gather relevant data
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment inventories, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project updates and coordination
Skills
- Degree in Engineering related discipline or similar work based experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—able to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn new technical concepts and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
