Job Title: Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Assistant to bring our property development, temporary accommodation, and serviced accommodation business to life online. We have a strong library of existing video content that hasn't yet made it onto our channels — your first job will be turning that into consistent, engaging posts, while also developing fresh ideas as our projects grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Post a minimum of one Instagram/story update per day
- Create and publish 2–3 feed posts per week across relevant platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Edit existing video footage into reels and short-form content
- Develop creative content ideas that reflect our development projects, accommodation portfolio, and company growth
- Keep our LinkedIn presence active and professional, reflecting the business's growth and projects
- Occasionally attend sites or properties to capture new content (photos, video clips)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, professional manner
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business (property, construction, or hospitality experience a plus)
- Strong video editing skills — comfortable turning raw footage into polished reels and short-form content
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook best practices
- Creative eye for what makes a property or project look good online
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Own equipment/software for editing (or comfortable with commonly used apps like CapCut, Canva, etc.)
