- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly to foster community engagement
- Collaborate with team members to plan campaigns that highlight our programs and events
- Track analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts; prepare reports to inform future strategies
- Assist in managing public relations efforts by promoting positive stories and organizational achievements
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continually enhance our online presence
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of public relations principles and how they apply in digital spaces
