RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (PERMANENT)
23.25 HOURS PER WEEK TERM TIME ONLY - 8.15AM to 4.30PM MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and organised person to join our busy and welcoming school office.
As one of the first people our students, parents, colleagues and visitors meet, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be approachable and caring, with the organisation, confidence and resilience to thrive in a busy school environment where no two days are quite the same.
Working as part of our dedicated administrative team, you will provide an efficient and welcoming reception service alongside a varied range of administrative responsibilities. From answering calls and welcoming visitors to supporting attendance procedures, managing sign-in and sign-out, processing deliveries and maintaining accurate records, you will be at the heart of the day-to-day life of the school.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real difference every day. You will join a supportive and dedicated team and become an important part of our school community, helping to ensure that our students, families and staff receive the high-quality support they deserve.
