Auntie Anne’s, the world’s leading freshly baked pretzel bakery, is expanding throughout The UK!
Our experienced, successful sub-franchisee has acquired a Auntie Anne’s location in Ashford Designer Outlet, as part of their growing multi-brand portfolio and is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to be responsible for the operation.
With an ambitious Sub-Franchise owner behind this new venture, there is considerable opportunity to progress in the role beyond the management of a single unit, as they & you find your feet within the brand and once ultimately look to expand into a multi-unit Auntie Anne’s operation.
This location will be a highly prominent, location for the Brand and a critical first step for the Sub-Franchisee and as such we are looking for a highly skilled, motivated and ambitious retail manager to form an integral part of the successful delivery.
The Store Supervisor will be wholly responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
The aim of any retail manager / supervisor is to drive profit growth through maximising revenue opportunities and tightly managing operating costs, whilst developing and retaining a high performing team of people who are motivated to deliver an exceptional experience for all our guests.
People are the key to our success and as such the right candidate will be an inspirational leader, motivator and communicator, with a proven track record of building high performing retail teams.
The Supervisor aims to satisfy the needs of our customers by effectively leading the shifts, maintaining operational standards and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
This is achieved by planning, effective communication, coaching and building relationships with the team members.
