The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, refined dining, tranquil gardens and a discreet spa. We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Acting as senior manager on duty, leading operations during your shift
- Being a visible host presence and looking after VIP guests
- Supporting events and weddings
- Leading daily briefings with Heads of Department
- Working closely with Reception and Housekeeping to manage arrivals
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and smooth hotel operations
- Currently a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to step up
- Experience in luxury, premium or quality-led hospitality
- Confident leader, calm under pressure, guest-focused
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
- £34,830 salary + Tronc (circa £3,5k per annum)
